other users of the Site or the Services. With respect to each service provided under the Site, Hyplet shall by way of default classify the information provided by you
either as "private" or "public". You shall have the option, with respect to each and every service, to change the default option selected by Hyplet. Furthermore, you
may change the classification of any information at any time. Hyplet shall not make commercial use of the information or provide such information to third parties
without your permission, unless such information is defined as "public" information, and subject to the use of aggregated and anonymous demographic information or
statistical information regarding users in general, that will not include any of your personal information without your consent. Notwithstanding the forgoing, by
classifying the information as "public", you hereby grant to Hyplet a limited license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute
such content solely on and through the Hyplet Site or the Services.
Title, ownership, rights, and intellectual property rights in and the Site or the Services shall remain in Hyplet or
any of its affiliates.
All content included on this Site or Services (except for user content), such as, but not limited to, images, text, graphics, logos, and button icons, is the property
of Hyplet or its affiliates and is protected by copyright laws. All content on the Site or the Services that is not the property of Hyplet is used with permission.

Site or by the Services is the property of Hyplet or its software suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.
