To manually set your Hyplet as your default email signature, just do the following:

MS Outlook:

  1. Click the Save Hyplet on your PC button, select Save to Disk and click OK.

  2. Select the local folder on which you want to save your hyplet, and click Save.
  3. In Outlook, select Tools -> Options.
  4. Click the Mail Format tab, and then click the Signatures button.
  5. Click New to open the Create New Signature dialog box.
  6. Enter a name for your new signature.
  7. Click Use this file as a template radio button, and then: Browse.
  8. Locate the folder on which the Hyplet is saved, and double-click the Hyplet file.
  9. Click Next -> Finish -> OK.
  10. In Options -> Signature -> Signature for replies and forwards: Replace with to add the signature to all outgoing messages.
  11. Click Apply and then OK. The selected Hyplet is now your default signature on Outlook.

MS Outlook Express:

  1. Click the Save Hyplet on your PC button, select Save to Disk and click OK.

  2. Select the local folder on which you want to save your hyplet, and click Save.
  3. In Outlook Express, select Tools -> Options and click the Signatures tab.
  4. Click New, [optional: specify a name for the signature], check the File radio button, and click Browse
  5. Make sure Files of type is set to 'HTML files' or 'All files', locate the folder on which the Hyplet is saved, and double-click the Hyplet file.
  6. Click Apply, and then OK. The selected Hyplet is now your default signature on Outlook Express.

Yahoo Mail & Windows Live Hotmail:


Set your Hyplet as the default signature in Yahoo Mail:

  1. Click the Copy Hyplet button and follow the brief instructions.
    2. Hyplet copied successfully
  2. On Yahoo Mail, select Options | Mail Options, and choose the Signature category.
  3. Make sure you're in the Rich Text where the horizontal toolbar is visible. If you're in the Plain Text mode, click on Rich Text
  4. Paste the Hyplet by either clicking on the Edit menu in your brower and selecting Paste, or pressing Ctrl+V.
  5. Make sure the Show a signature on all outgoing messages radio button is selected, and click Save Chages.
  6. Click Back to Mail. The selected Hyplet is now your default signature on Yahoo Mail.

Set your Hyplet as the default signature in Windows Live Hotmail:

  1. Click the Copy Hyplet button and follow the brief instructions.
    2. Hyplet copied successfully
  2. In your Windows Live Hotmail Inbox, select Options on the top right, and then select More Options at the bottom of the menu.
  3. On the Options page under the Customize Your Mail section, click: Personal Email Signature.
  4. Click in the signature field and paste the Hyplet by either clicking on the Edit menu in your brower and selecting Paste, or pressing .
  5. Click Save. Your new Hyplet signature will appear at the bottom of your emails.
