the issue of Internet privacy very seriously and are committed to safeguard your

Registration Data. The only personal information we collect when you register for use of the Site
and Services is your email address, password, a security question and answer, and country.
Service-related Information. When using our Site and Services, you can create Hyplet ID Cards and Flyers,
which generally include information about yourself. Content provided by you during the creation of Hyplet
ID Cards and Flyers or use of the other Services on the Site shall either be classified as "private" or "public"
according to your choice. Information classified as "private" means information that can be accessed only by
you or any other third party to whom you gave explicit permission. Information classified as "public" means
information that can be accessed and/or edited or published by other users of the Site. With respect to each
Service provided by Hyplet, Hyplet shall, by way of default, classify the information provided by you either
as "private" or "public". You shall have the option, with respect to each and every Service, to change the
default option selected by Hyplet. Furthermore, you may change the classification of any information at any time.
Hyplet shall keep a copy of the registered data information and the information provided by you and shall use such
information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy. Subject to the provisions of this Privacy Policy,
Hyplet shall not make commercial use of such information or provide such information to third parties without your permission,
unless you have defined such information as "public" information.
We may use your personal information to facilitate the Services you request. We use your personal information in the file we maintain about you, and other information we obtain from your current and past activities on the Site and Services:
You agree that we may use your personal information to contact you via email. You may elect
not to receive such information from us, by informing us of your election.

If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personal information. In order to improve the services and the Site, we may use “cookies” when you are logged into the Site or Services.
