What is Hyplet?
Hyplet is a Web service, which enables you to create personal IDs and online Flyers
and add them to emails and Web pages. Top
What is Hyplet ID?
Hyplet ID is your online ID card. It can include your picture and any personal detail
[name, email, phone number, etc.] you choose to have on it. The Hyplet IDs come
in various sizes and designs. Once you select a design, you can personalize it by
inserting your details, adding or deleting elements, changing text attributes, replacing
the background, etc. Alternatively, you can create your Hyplet ID from scratch by
selecting Create Freestyle Hyplet. Once you save it, you can publish your Hyplet
ID through the Publish section or the Hyplet Browser Add-on:
What is Hyplet Flyer?
Hyplet Flyer is a fully customized, online graphic object you can publish through
emails and Web pages. Creating a Hyplet Flyer is a great way to promote your content,
inform people about your blog, site, online images or videos, make special announcements,
advertise your online store, invite your friends to a special event, and so much

What can I do with my Hyplets?
You can publish your Hyplet IDs and Flyers by adding them to your emails and posting

How much does the Hyplet service cost?

Should the recipient of my Hyplet also be a user in order to view
it?
No, you can email your Hyplets to any of your contacts regardless if
they are Hyplet.com users or not. Top
Which browsers and email services support the Hyplet service?
Hyplets can be posted on the Web and viewed using all major browsers such as nternet
Explorer, Firefox and Opera.Hyplets can be sent and received by all major email
clients such as MS Outlook and Outlook Express, as well as popular Web- based services
such as Yahoo Mail, Windows Live Hotmail, and Gmail. Top
Is there a limit to the number of Hyplets I can create?
No, you can create and publish as many Hyplets as you want. Top
Can Mac users send and receive Hyplets?
Yes, they can. Top
How do I create a new Hyplet?
Creating a new Hyplet is easy.
Just go to the Create page, select your favorite design, fill in your details, and
you are all set. Top
Do I have to be a designer in order to create a Hyplet?
No! Thanks to the easy and friendly Hyplet Editor Wizard, and the wide selection
of Hyplet templates and designs, anyone can create a visually appealing Hyplet ID
or Flyer in just a few minutes. Top
What is the Hyplet Editor Wizard?

is the heart of the Hyplet Web site. It enables you to create and save your Hyplet

Can I modify and personalize the Hyplet designs I see on the Hyplet
Editor?
Sure. You can modify the Hyplets designs and templates in various
ways such as changing the background, removing and adding items, adding icons from
the Hyplet Gallery, uploading your own images and graphics, and more.Top
What is a Freestyle Hyplet?
A Freestyle Hyplet is a Hyplet,
which was created from scratch on a blank canvas, using no Hyplet design or template.
If you are a first time user with no experience in graphic design, you may want
to start by creating regular Hyplets using our wide selection of designs and templates.

How do I fill in my details on the Hyplet?
To fill in your
details, just click on the field you want to update [name, title, email address,
etc.] The cursor will appear at the beginning of the line, indicating that you can
start typing. Once you're done, hit the Enter key, and your text will replace the
default one. Top
How can I change a text type, for example from MSN IM to Yahoo IM?
Click on the field you want to change, and then on the small arrow on the right.
A drop down menu will open, displaying all the types available alongside their icons.
Use the Free Text type at the top, if you don't want to have any icon in the field.

How can I have my picture on a Hyplet?
Click the avatar
silhouette on the Hyplet, and choose the Upload File option. Browse the folders
on your computer, select the picture you want to have on the Hyplet, and click Upload.
Alternatively, you can click on "Add new image" at the top of the toolbox on the
right side of the canvas. If you don't want to upload your own picture, you can
select one of the avatars on the Hyplet Gallery [Toolbox > Add new image >
Gallery > Avatars] Top
Can I change the position of an item on the Hyplet?
Yes,
you can move any text item and image on your Hyplet. To do it, just put your mouse
over the item, then drag & drop it where you want it to be. Top
Can I resize an item on the Hyplet?
Yes, to resize an item,
put your mouse over it, and then drag the handle on the bottom right side of the
item. Top
I don't want the items on my Hyplet to move. Can I lock them?
Yes. Click the 'Disable Drag & Drop' button on the toolbox to lock the current
design. The objects on the Hyplet will remain static until you click 'Enable Drag
& Drop'. Top
What is the Hyplet Gallery and how do I use it?
The Hyplet
gallery offers a selection of cool and useful images and graphics. The gallery includes:
avatars, emoticons, icons, comic speech bubbles, and backgrounds. When you select
a new image from the galley, it appears near your Hyplet. All you have to do is
drag it to the area on the Hyplet where you want it to be. Top
CHow do I change the Hyplet's background?
Click the 'Change
Background' button on the toolbox. You can select one of the backgrounds featured
on the Hyplet gallery, or upload your own background image. Top
How can I remove an item from a Hyplet?
To remove an item
from your Hyplet, click it, and then click on the 'Remove Item' button at the bottom
of the toolbox. Alternatively, you can simply click the item you want to remove
and drag it to the canvas. Top
How do I edit an already saved Hyplet?
To edit an existing
Hyplet, log in, load the Hyplet you want to edit to the main section on the Hyplet
homepage and click Edit. You can also select a Hyplet from the 'My Hyplets' page,
and then click Edit. Top
I deleted one of the Hyplets I created. Can I retrieve it?
No. Once you delete a Hyplet, you cannot retrieve it so think twice before you delete
a Hyplet. Top
What is the difference between a private and a public Hyplet?
A private Hyplet can be published only by its creator while a public Hyplet can
be published by other users as well, increasing its exposure. A public Hyplet may
be selected to appear on the Hyplet.com Web site and be viewed by many Hyplet users,
while a private Hyplet will never be featured on the site. A private Hyplet can
be edited only by its creator, while a public Hyplet can serve as a template to
be used and edited by other users. Top
Can other users edit my text and info on my public Hyplet?
No. Other users may use your public Hyplet as a design template, but your info and
text would be cleared once the Hyplet loads to the editor. Top
What is the Hyplet's main URL?
The main URL is the link
to which all graphic and textual elements of the Hyplet point at unless they were
set otherwise. To add a specific URL to a textual or graphic element, select it,
and insert the URL to the 'Add link to selected item' box at the bottom of the toolbox.
The default main URL of all Hyplets is http://www.Hyplet.com. You can change it
and insert another URL instead [your blog, Flickr page, MySpace profile, etc.] when
you save your Hyplet during the Finish stage of the Hyplet Editor Wizard.

What is the "Save/Create Hyplet" link under the Hyplet?
This link enables your friends, family, colleagues or people who ran into your Hyplet
on the Web to save your Hyplet and/or create their own one. Top
Who can save my Hyplet?
Anyone who saw your Hyplet in an
email or on the Web may save it after registering to the Hyplet service.

How can I have my Hyplet on all my Outlook & Outlook Express
outgoing messages?
The easiest way to insert your Hyplet to all your Outlook
& Outlook Express outgoing messages is by downloading the Hyplet browser add-on.
The IE Add-on and the Firefox Add-on can set any of your own created Hyplets [as
well as saved public Flyers] as your email signature with a click of a button. You
can also set your Outlook / Outlook Express email signature manually, or paste your
Hyplet to a specific message. Detailed instructions can be found on the Publish
section of the Hyplet.com Web site. Top
How can I add my Hyplet to an outgoing message on my Web-based email?
The easiest way to add your Hyplet to an outgoing message on your Web based email
is by downloading the Hyplet Browser Add-on. Both the IE and the Firefox Add-ons
enable you to add your Hyplet to your Web-based outgoing message with just one click.
To add your Hyplet to a Web-based outgoing message manually, go to the Publish section
/ Copy Hyplet, and follow the instructions. Top
How can I put my Hyplets on a blog or a MySpace profile?
To ad your Hyplet to MySpace and other posting enabled blogs and sites, go to the
Publish section > Copy HTML code, then paste the code on one of the posting areas
on the Web page [e.g. the comments section on a MySpace profile.] Top
Can I post Hyplets on Facebook?
Currently, you cannot add
your Hyplet to Facebook. We are working on a solution to this, and hope it will
be available soon. Top
Can I use my Hyplets for spamming?
No! Using the Hyplet
service to send spam or unsolicited commercial emails is a violation of our Terms
of Use. Users identified as using the Hyplet service in an illegal or unethical
manner will have their accounts terminated without prior notice or warning.

What is the Hyplet Browser Add-on?
The Hyplet Browser Add-on
is a tiny widget, which adds a single button to your browser, enabling you to add
your Hyplet to Web pages with just one click. The Add-on also allows you to set
and manage your Outlook and Outlook Express email signature, and provides you with
a one-click access to your My Hyplet page.
The Add-on comes in two versions: Internet Explorer Add-on and Firefox Add-on. If you want to have the Add-on installed on both browsers, you'll have to download and install them separately. Top
I've downloaded and installed the Hyplet Browser Add-on. Why don't
I see its button on my browser?
Once the Hyplet Browser Add-on is installed,
you'll need to restart your browser in order to activate the Add-on. Top
What is Add-on Hyplet?
The Add-on Hyplet is the currently
default Hyplet on your Hyplet Browser Add-on. The Hyplet Browser Add-on will use
the Add-on Hyplet for your email signature on Outlook and Outlook Express, paste
it to your Web-based emails [when you click "Paste Hyplet"] and Web pages ["Paste
as HTML"]. Top
How do I change the Add-on Hyplet?
To change your add-on
Hyplet go to My Hyplet page, select the Hyplet you want to set as the new add-on
Hyplet, and click 'Set as Add-on'. To easily change your add-on Hyplet from the
Hyplet Browser Add-on click on the Add-on icon on your browser, and select "Change
Add-on Hyplet". Top
How do I activate & deactivate the Hyplet Outlook/ outlook express
signature?
The Hyplet Browser Add-on enables you to easily manage your Outlook
& Outlook Express signature. Open your browser, click the Hyplet button, and
